All lesson packages are prepaid and scheduled in advance.
Refunds are limited due to the nature of personalized educational services.
No refunds are issued for lessons that have already been delivered or attended.
Students may reschedule or cancel a lesson free of charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, the lesson may be considered completed and charged in full.
Refunds for unused lessons may be granted at the Company’s discretion, provided that no significant portion of the purchased package has been used.
Administrative or processing fees may apply where applicable.
Depending on applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a limited period (typically 14 days in the European Union).
If the service begins with the customer’s prior express consent before the end of the withdrawal period (including scheduling or attending lessons), the right of withdrawal may be lost for services already performed.
