The Website is provided for informational purposes only. All lessons and educational services are arranged directly between the Company and clients.
New students are required to complete a free introductory session before purchasing any lesson packages.
During this session, we may assess the student’s language level, discuss learning goals, and agree on a suitable learning plan and schedule.
Participation in the introductory session does not create an obligation to purchase services.
New students are required to complete the introductory session before purchasing any lesson package. Following the introductory session, and if both parties agree to proceed, the Company may offer lesson packages and provide payment instructions.
Returning students who wish to continue their lessons may purchase additional lesson packages without repeating the introductory session. Payment instructions, including a Stripe invoice or payment link, will be provided directly by the Company.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The Website does not process payments directly, and no payments are accepted through the Website.
Students may purchase lesson packages of various sizes. Common package options include 5, 10, or 20 lessons, although other lesson quantities may be offered and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Available package sizes and pricing will be communicated before purchase.
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge if they provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, the lesson may be charged in full.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will be considered a completed lesson.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
All materials provided during lessons, including lesson content, exercises, and resources created by the Company, are owned by VMI Studio SRL unless otherwise agreed.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
We use third-party services such as payment processors (including Stripe), communication tools, and video conferencing platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
Users are encouraged to review the terms of those services separately.
We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, exam result, or language proficiency level. Progress depends on the student’s participation, practice, and individual learning pace.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMI Studio SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the relevant lesson package that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union legislation.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
